Suggested uses:
Try adding our Sea Moss gel blend to:
Smoothies, juices, soups, stew, and herbal teas.

Directions:
Take 1-2 tablespoons daily

If adding to hot food/stews, please add at the end of the cooking process. When adding to teas, place 1tbsp in the cup, followed by warm water. Stir until dissolved.
